Commercial policy · roadmap

The rank is not for sale.

The Beauty 100 can become commercially useful only if its result stays independent. Brands may talk to us. They may not buy entry, score, movement, a positive community response, or silence.

Current status: roadmap only. These commercial programs are not yet offered.

Permanent boundary

What money cannot change

  • Product eligibility or editorial gate
  • Score, rank, movement, or category placement
  • Vote weighting or relationship labels
  • Comment moderation outcomes
  • Corrections to product version or price history

Possible, separately governed

The commercial roadmap

Planned directions, not current offers. Terms, labels, privacy review, and editorial separation would be published before any launch.

01

Planned · not yet offered

Winner badge licensing

A future annual license could let an already-published winner use the edition badge in packaging and campaigns. A license would never be required to win and could never be purchased before the result.

02

Planned · not yet offered

Aggregate category insights

Future reports could package category-level, privacy-safe patterns about value and repurchase intent. Member identities, comment text, and individual behavior would not be sold as a lead list.

03

Planned · not yet offered

Sampling panels and events

Clearly labeled panels or events could help brands hear structured feedback. Participation, samples, or event fees would stay outside eligibility and score calculation.

04

Planned · not yet offered

Sponsorship outside the ranking

A brand may sponsor separately labeled site, newsletter, or event inventory. Sponsorship cannot sit inside a ranked position or imply editorial endorsement.

How separation works

Publish first. Commercial conversation second.

  1. 01

Editorial decides. Eligible versions are evaluated, recalculated, integrity-checked, and published without a brand purchase.

  2. 02

The public record freezes. The edition shows its published date, price context, rank, movement, and community evidence.

  3. 03

Only then may licensing be discussed. Declining a future badge license would not change the win or remove the product.

  4. 04

Paid work is labeled. A report, panel, event, affiliate link, or sponsorship would carry its own commercial disclosure.

Straight answers

Before you contact us

Can we pay to submit a product for the Beauty 100?

No. A paid submission is not an eligibility path. Sharing accurate product-version or price information does not guarantee evaluation, entry, or placement.

Can we send samples?

Any future sampling program would be disclosed and firewalled from score and rank. A sample can never purchase a favorable outcome.

Can we license a badge today?

No. Badge licensing is a future roadmap item, not a current Beauty 100 offer. If launched, it would apply only after winners are independently published.

Can we sponsor Insider Beauty?

Separate sponsorship inventory may be available. It is clearly labeled and cannot appear as, replace, or influence a ranked position.

Start with the right conversation

Commercial interest is welcome. Rank requests are not.

Ask about the roadmap, corrections, or separately labeled sponsorship. We will not quote a price for entry or placement because there is none.
