Community Guidelines

Make it useful

Tell readers what happened on your skin, hair, nails, or routine. Useful comments add context such as skin type, shade, climate, how long you used a product, and what you compared it with. A respectful disagreement is welcome; a personal attack is not.

Vote from experience

The Beauty 100 asks one specific question: Would you buy this product again at today's price? Vote only from your own experience with the product version shown. You can change or remove your vote if your view changes.

Disclose the relationship

Say whether you bought the product, received it free or through PR, or are connected to the brand. Employees, agencies, founders, retailers, creators under contract, and anyone else with a material relationship must choose the brand-affiliated disclosure. Affiliated votes do not count toward rank, but a clearly disclosed comment may remain when it adds useful factual context.

What we remove

• Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or personal attacks
• Spam, referral links, undisclosed promotion, or repetitive campaigns
• Private information, impersonation, or content you do not have a right to share
• Medical misinformation or a personal diagnosis presented as professional advice
• Automated, paid, coordinated, duplicated, or otherwise manipulated voting
• Comments about shipping or customer service that do not help assess the product

Moderation and appeals

Use the report control on a comment to flag a problem. We may hide content while it is reviewed, limit an account, remove ineligible votes, or preserve records needed to investigate abuse.
