Questions, answered
When does my sponsorship run?
Newsletter sponsors go out in the Tuesday drop email at 9am ET for the issue you picked. Homepage sponsors run in the band at the top of insiderbeauty.com from Monday to Sunday of that week. The bundle does both for the same week.
What happens after I pay?
Your week is reserved the moment payment clears. We review the creative within one business day and email you when it's approved. After that it renders automatically; there is nothing else to send us.
What can I change later?
Reply to your confirmation email with a new headline, description, link or logo any time up to 24 hours before the issue goes out and we'll swap it in.
What if you can't run my creative?
We only run products we'd be comfortable recommending. If we have to decline, you get a full refund, usually the same day.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before your week starts. Inside 7 days we'll move you to the next open week instead.
Do you share results?
Every sponsor link goes through our click tracker. Ask after your week and we'll send the click count, plus opens for newsletter placements.
Can I book more than one week?
Yes. Each checkout books one placement for one week; come back and book the next one. Ask us about a discount for four or more.
