By accessing or using insiderbeauty.com (“the Site”) or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Insider Beauty provides a free weekly newsletter featuring beauty deals, coupons, and product recommendations, and publishes beauty guides and product reviews. The Insider Beauty 100 combines an independent editorial assessment with eligible community votes. Signed-in members may vote, comment, save content, and report contributions. For brands, we offer paid services such as clearly separated sponsorship placements and paid deal submissions.

Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive weekly emails containing beauty deals and promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some links in our newsletter and on our website may be affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. This helps support our free service.

We only recommend products we believe provide value to our readers. Our editorial content is not influenced by affiliate partnerships.

Deal Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the deals and coupons we share. However, deals may expire, change, or have restrictions we're not aware of. We are not responsible for deals that are no longer valid or for any issues with third-party retailers.

Always verify the terms and conditions of any deal directly with the retailer before making a purchase.

User Content

If you submit a comment, vote context, report, deal, or other content, you keep your ownership and grant Insider Beauty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute it as needed to provide and promote the Site. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Comments are public and appear with your display name and relationship disclosure. Do not post confidential information, personal data, medical claims presented as diagnosis, unlawful material, harassment, spam, undisclosed promotion, or content that infringes another person's rights. Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms. We may hide, remove, restrict, or preserve contributions and accounts to enforce these rules, investigate reports, or protect the community.

Beauty 100 Voting and Rankings

One signed-in member may cast one current “would buy again” vote per product version and may change or withdraw it. Attempts to automate votes, coordinate deceptive voting, create duplicate accounts, offer rewards for votes, or conceal a brand relationship are prohibited. Brand-affiliated votes may be displayed for transparency but do not count toward the community ranking signal.

Rankings are opinions, not guarantees. Our published methodology explains the current weighting, minimum evidence rules, product-version treatment, and update cadence. Community response is one input; editorial assessment remains the majority input. Sponsorship, advertising, affiliate relationships, samples, badge licenses, and brand payments do not buy a place or improve a product's score or rank. We may correct, recalculate, pause, or remove entries when products change or manipulation is detected.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and graphics, is owned by Insider Beauty or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and newsletter are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that deals will be available. Beauty content is general information and opinion, not medical advice. Patch test where appropriate and seek a qualified professional for individual health concerns.

Deal Submissions

Submitting a deal requires a $1,000 fee, paid via Stripe at the point of submission. The fee guarantees your deal a featured placement in an upcoming weekly newsletter, with scheduling confirmed within 48 hours. We reserve the right to decline a submission that is unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our published content standards; a declined submission is refunded in full. If you have paid and not received a scheduling confirmation, contact hello@insiderbeauty.com.

Limitation of Liability

Insider Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (for users of our free services, this is zero).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
