Lancôme USA, Sephora and Ulta now list a single size, 100 ml for $220.00, and the ferment doing most of the work in that bottle is sold elsewhere for a fifth of the per-ml price. Some context before the rankings. Lancôme is a French house founded in 1935 and owned by L'Oréal since 1964, which is why its formulas draw on one of the largest R&D operations in beauty. It is not certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny or PETA, and it has never positioned itself as clean beauty; Génifique carries denatured alcohol and fragrance on its ingredient list. Ulta stocks 55 shades, and the 4.5/5 average across 10,872 reviews is unusually good for foundation, a category where shade mismatch and oxidation drag scores down. The drawback is cost per wear: $53.00 for 30 ml is $1.77 per ml against drugstore bases making the same 24-hour claim for a third of that. The finish also leans matte even in the Natural Matte version; if your skin is dry, look at the Care & Glow sister formula instead of this one.

2. Lash Idôle mascara, $30.00 for 8 ml

No Lancôme product we track scores higher: 4.6/5 across 19,058 Ulta reviews, and at $30.00 it is the cheapest of the four. The curved wand is built for root-to-tip lift and the wear claim is 24 hours without flaking. The honest math: mascara should be replaced roughly every three months, so this is a $120-a-year habit at full price. Ulta ran it at half price during 21 Days of Beauty in March 2026, so it is worth timing rather than buying on impulse.

3. Clarifique Double Treatment Essence, $95.00 for 150 ml

A bi-phase exfoliating essence built on glycolic and phytic acids with papain, sold online-only at Ulta, where it holds 4.6/5. Two caveats keep it in third place. The evidence base is the smallest of the four, 622 reviews, and the AHA load means daily SPF 30+ is non-negotiable and reactive skin should pass. It is a good formula in the easiest category to spend $20.00 in instead of $95.00.

4. Advanced Génifique serum, $220.00 for 100 ml

The formula is well liked, 4.5/5 across 11,200 reviews in our database, and the actives are real: bifida ferment lysate stated at 10%, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin Cg for tone-evening. The problem is arithmetic. Lancôme USA, Sephora and Ulta now list only the 100 ml bottle, which works out to $2.20 per ml, and the headline ferment is available at $0.42 per ml from a brand stocked in the same Ulta aisle. Génifique also carries denatured alcohol and fragrance, which the Korean alternatives skip. Buy it if the vitamin Cg brightening is the point for you; that is the one ingredient no dupe replicates.
