Jones Road Miracle Balm Dupes 2026: 3 Alternatives Compared
The verdict
For a lighter version of Miracle Balm’s cheek glow, I’d start with L’Oréal’s Tinted Balm Embellisher. Revolution Balm Glow is the better-value large tin; Versed Everything Balm suits someone who wants buildable colour and a satin finish. The catch is quantity: the small L’Oréal and Versed compacts cost more per ounce than Jones Road.
Miracle Balm combines sheer colour with a glossy, emollient finish, and its shades do different jobs. Replacing a pink blush shade is a different task from replacing Au Naturel’s almost colourless sheen. The three alternatives below address the tinted-cheek use case. The hero image shows Jones Road Dusty Rose; it is a product reference, not a claim that the alternatives are exact shade matches.
The recent L’Oréal comparison is particularly useful because the reviewers disagree. Tati’s September video favours L’Oréal on her skin. Amanda Z’s October comparison finds it thinner but still prefers Jones Road’s overall effect. That gives you a more practical choice than a blanket promise that the cheaper compact is the same.
The strongest current comparison for a lighter blush-and-highlight effect. Two creators compared it with Miracle Balm, with different preferences.
Read the comparison ↓At $13 for 1.12 oz, the large tin costs less upfront and per ounce than the $38 original.
Read the comparison ↓Save up to 66%the original is $38.00 — the dupes here start at $13
The caveat. L’Oréal and Versed cost less at checkout but more per ounce than Jones Road. Check the finish and shade before treating either as a direct replacement.

Key takeaways
- L’Oréal’s Embellisher is the first option I’d consider for a lighter cheek glow: $14.99 for 0.28 oz at Target.
- Revolution Balm Glow offers the lowest upfront price and cost per ounce here: $13 for 1.12 oz.
- Versed Everything Balm is the satin-finish option, with buildable colour in a much smaller compact.
- These are alternatives for different preferences. None has a verified identical formula or guaranteed one-to-one shade match.

How we compared
How I chose these Miracle Balm alternatives
I checked the current brand ingredient lists, intended finish and application guidance, then cross-checked US retailer prices and sizes on 20 October 2026. The comparisons draw on Tati’s and Amanda Z’s original video descriptions and English captions, plus Arielle Avila’s firsthand comparison for The Strategist. Creator observations are attributed to their authors; my recommendations weigh those observations against formula, quantity and availability.
The ranking separates a similar makeup effect from an identical formula. Jones Road’s castor-oil-based balm, L’Oréal’s oil-and-wax compact, Revolution’s ester-and-wax tin and Versed’s satin complexion balm have different ingredient lists. Shared ingredients alone cannot establish identical texture or wear.
The comparison prices use a single full-size product, without coupons, delivery or tax. Cost per ounce uses the retailer’s labelled net weight, rounded to two decimals. Jones Road is $21.71/oz; L’Oréal $53.54/oz; Revolution $11.61/oz; Versed $69.52/oz. The percentage savings in the verdict concern the checkout price, not equal quantities.
Choose the finish before the shade
For blush-like colour with shine, start with L’Oréal. For a large tinted balm pot, consider Revolution. For colour with less dewiness, consider Versed. If your priority is Jones Road’s specific glossy feel or a favourite shade, the original remains a sensible choice. For preparation underneath makeup, our moisturizer guide for oily skin covers lighter options; our NARS Orgasm dupe guide explores a different blush finish.

L’Oréal Paris True Match Hyaluron Tinted Balm Embellisher
This is the compact I’d put first on the shopping list if the appeal of Miracle Balm is colour and shine without such a substantial balm feel. Buy the Embellisher, not the similarly named Tinted Balm Foundation. L’Oréal sells it as a blush-and-highlight hybrid in four shades: Amber Dorée, Pêche Eclat, Rose Lumière and Cherry Intense.
Amanda Z’s comparison is the most useful texture reference. She describes L’Oréal as thinner and lighter-scented, with shimmer visible close up. She also explicitly distinguishes the formulas and still prefers Jones Road’s moisturized, highlighted-blush effect. Tati prefers L’Oréal after pressing beneath its initial surface. Her description identifies 03 Rose Lumière and 04 Cherry Intense. Neither source establishes an exact Jones Road shade match.
The pictured compact is Rose Lumière. The Target listing was $14.99 for 0.28 oz when checked; L’Oréal’s own page listed $17.99. Use the lower price only when that retailer and shade are available to you. It saves $23.01 against the full-size Jones Road purchase, but it contains far less product.
I’d choose it for a smaller, portable cheek compact. I would keep Jones Road if the thicker balm texture is precisely what you enjoy.
What matches
- A tinted balm that combines cheek colour with a highlighted finish.
- Directly compared with Miracle Balm by Tati and Amanda Z.
What doesn't
- Amanda Z found L’Oréal thinner, with visible shimmer particles up close.
- Four shades; no verified one-to-one mapping to Jones Road’s range.
- The formula contains fragrance and differs from Miracle Balm.
Pick it if You want a lighter-feeling blush-and-highlight compact and a lower initial spend.
The catch. The small compact costs about 2.5 times as much per ounce as the original.

Makeup Revolution Balm Glow
Revolution makes the clearest financial case. The Peach Bliss listing at Ulta was $13 for 1.12 oz, putting it below Jones Road both at checkout and by weight. It is also the closest format here: a wide tin you can use with fingers, rather than a much smaller blush compact. Ulta describes a sheer, dewy balm for lips, cheeks and eyes; those instructions apply to Revolution only.
Texture is the compromise. In Arielle Avila’s comparison, Revolution felt thicker and stickier than Jones Road. Bobby Jean Spears preferred its feel, but he was comparing it with his memory of wearing Jones Road and did not have both products present. Those accounts support a conditional recommendation, not a promise of a less tacky dupe.
Revolution’s ingredient list starts with triethylhexanoin, polybutene, polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate and microcrystalline wax. Jones Road’s begins with castor oil. That tells us they are different formulas; it does not establish which will wear better on your skin.
I’d buy this for the generous tin and low price. If a balm staying tacky bothers you, move to the Versed option rather than choosing Revolution just because the packaging looks familiar. The image shows Peach Bliss; do not read it as a Dusty Rose shade match.
What matches
- A broad, finger-friendly tin of sheer tinted balm.
- A dewy makeup effect at a lower cost per ounce.
What doesn't
- Its emollient-and-microcrystalline-wax formula differs from Jones Road’s.
- Texture comparisons disagree; a less sticky finish is not assured.
- The pictured Peach Bliss is a peach option, not a verified Dusty Rose match.
Pick it if You want a large tinted balm to experiment with and value quantity.
The catch. It is a poor bet if avoiding tackiness is the main reason you are replacing Miracle Balm.

Versed Everything Balm Complexion Color
Versed belongs here because it offers a useful change in finish. The brand describes Everything Balm as a satin complexion colour that can be built up. I’d consider it if Miracle Balm’s sheer, glossy result is the part you want to change, rather than the part you want copied.
Arielle Avila compared Canyon with Jones Road Chic. On her skin, Versed was smoother, more pigmented and less dewy, but rubbed off sooner. That trade-off makes it a different option rather than an exact copy.
The compact pictured is Canyon. At $15.99 for 0.23 oz on Target’s Canyon listing, it is a lower initial purchase than Miracle Balm, but the highest cost per ounce of these three alternatives. The official ingredient list does not list added parfum; botanical extracts are present, so that fact alone is not a guarantee of suitability for sensitive skin.
My reason to buy Versed would be its satin finish and buildable colour. For someone who uses a substantial amount of balm across the face, Jones Road’s larger pot is the better comparison to make before buying.
What matches
- A blendable complexion balm for cheek colour and warmth.
- Manufacturer-described satin finish and buildable rosy-brown colour.
What doesn't
- Versed describes the finish as satin, rather than Miracle Balm’s glossy effect.
- It is positioned as a blush/bronzer balm; the intended colour effect matters more than matching the pot.
- The 0.23 oz compact has the highest cost per ounce in this shortlist.
Pick it if You want a smaller colour balm with a less glossy finish.
The catch. It changes the effect and provides much less product; it is not a like-for-like value replacement.
Called a dupe, but isn't
L’Oréal True Match Hyaluron Tinted Balm Foundation
The foundation is a separate base-makeup product. The creator comparisons in this guide concern the four-shade Tinted Balm Embellisher, sold as a blush/highlight product. Check the full name before ordering.
A guaranteed Au Naturel replacement
The three recommendations here are tinted cheek options. Jones Road describes Au Naturel as a colourless balm with subtle opal pearl. A pink or peach blush balm changes that result; none of the pictured shades is a verified substitute for it.
FAQs
What is the best Jones Road Miracle Balm dupe?
L’Oréal True Match Hyaluron Tinted Balm Embellisher is my first choice for a lighter blush-and-highlight effect. Revolution Balm Glow is the value choice for a large tin. Versed Everything Balm is better suited to someone who wants a satin finish. None is an established identical formula.
Is the L’Oréal tinted balm an exact Miracle Balm dupe?
No. The relevant product is the Embellisher, not the Tinted Balm Foundation. Its official ingredient list differs from Jones Road’s castor-oil-and-beeswax-led formula. L’Oréal’s current four-shade range also does not provide a verified match for every Jones Road shade.
Which Miracle Balm alternative is cheapest?
Revolution Balm Glow is cheapest among these three at $13 for 1.12 oz, or $11.61 per ounce. Jones Road is $38 for 1.75 oz, or $21.71 per ounce. L’Oréal and Versed cost less upfront but more per ounce. Prices were checked on 20 October 2026, before tax, shipping or promotions.
Is Versed Canyon a dupe for Jones Road Dusty Rose?
Canyon is not a verified Dusty Rose match. Compare swatches on a skin tone similar to yours, and consider the different finishes: Versed describes its balm as satin, while Jones Road’s product is designed for glow.
Do these dupes work for mature or dry skin?
There is no established universal winner for mature or dry skin. Choose the finish you want: a cheek highlight from L’Oréal, a large dewy balm from Revolution, or Versed’s satin colour. Start with a small amount over your usual moisturizer and check how it sits with your base makeup.
Can you use Miracle Balm or its dupes around the eyes?
Jones Road says Miracle Balm is not intended for the eyes or eyelids. L’Oréal and Versed labels advise avoiding contact with eyes. Revolution’s label permits eyelids; those instructions apply only to that product. Follow the label on the product you buy.
Do you need to break the surface of Miracle Balm?
Jones Road instructs you to press through the top surface to pick up the balm. Tati also describes getting more pigment from L’Oréal after pressing beneath its initial surface. This refers to the balm texture, not to a missing retail safety seal.
