Week covered: 23 to 29 October 2026. Prices checked: 30 October 2026. US market unless stated otherwise.
Depthi's $27 Bonding Barrier Cream is where I'd start this week. Its ingredient list gives me more to consider than the dolphin-shaped patches drawing attention to the brand. Ravie's $24 Softlight topper is my makeup pick for someone who wants a little shimmer without buying another palette. Jennifer Lawrence's mes° has a more expensive proposition: three hair products with separate jobs, rather than a reason to spend $120 on the full set immediately.
These nine new beauty products this week include a new body-lotion scent and a travel brush collection, with a sold-out fragrance worth knowing about. I've checked launch timing, prices and sizes against brand pages and reporting. These are buying judgments based on research; I haven't personally tested these releases.
Five picks, with the spending caveats

My skincare shortlist: Depthi cream
The $27 daily cream interests me more than $5-per-use patches. Its ingredient list gives us something concrete to compare.

A small makeup change: Ravie Softlight
One $24 topper can add sparkle to an existing look. I'd choose a shade, rather than collect the full trio.

Pick a hair problem before a mes° product
Volume, pre-wash treatment and restyling are different jobs. The debut's study conditions matter more than its celebrity founder.

The $12 pick needs a stock check
Athena's Bare Gold lotion is a scent extension. Conflicting availability messages make it a wait, not an assured buy.

Dove's price appeal stops at resale
The 50 mL perfume launched at $19.57 and is sold out. I wouldn't chase a marked-up bottle.
New beauty launches at a glance
These are listed US prices before shipping and tax, checked on 30 October. A purchase button is not a checkout stock guarantee. Athena's pages give conflicting stock signals; Dove's product data says sold out. Each product's sources and buying caveats follow below.

Depthi Bonding Barrier Cream: my practical skincare shortlist

Depthi debuted on 26 October with this cream and its eye patches, according to The Herald Business's launch report. The US-focused brand comes from Goodai Global; the company's brand page identifies both products. Readers who know its wider portfolio can find background in our Beauty of Joseon guide.
The official cream listing shows $27 for 50 mL. Panthenol is second in the ingredient list, followed later by ceramide NP, cholesterol and ectoin. Those are useful specifics to weigh against your current moisturizer. Ingredient order does not disclose concentrations or prove that this finished formula repairs your skin better than another cream.
I like the combination of a stated fragrance-free formula and a price below $30. The gel-cream format may appeal if heavy creams discourage you from moisturizing, though texture descriptions here come from Depthi. For very dry skin, the brand suggests two layers; I would compare that prospect with a richer cream you already tolerate before replacing it. Available to add to cart on the US-facing site at check.
Depthi Blue Peptide Eye Patch: pay attention to the pack count
The Blue Peptide Eye Patch listing confirms $15 for three pairs, with an add-to-cart option. That's $5 per use. This is the second product from the same 26 October debut, not a separate later launch. Fashionista's founder interview explains the two-product approach and the attention the dolphin shape attracted before sale.
The formula lists glycerin, caffeine and sodium hyaluronate, plus peptides. Depthi describes cooling and hydration benefits and recommends leaving the patches on for 20–30 minutes. I'd treat them as an occasional extra before makeup, rather than buy them expecting a lasting change in under-eye structure. The playful shape is a reason to enjoy them, not evidence of superior performance.
Three pairs can disappear quickly if you adopt the brand's suggested two or three uses a week.
Ravie Softlight Glistening Eye Topper: one shade is enough

Ravie's new pressed topper has a narrow, sensible job: add sparkle over existing shadow or wear it alone. The launch report records a 23 October public release after early-access sign-up. The current official product page and store data confirm $24 per 1.2 g compact, with Soft Pink, Soft Gold and Soft Pearl available at check.
The brand describes Soft Pink as ballet pink, Gold as vintage gold and Pearl as snowy white. Our illustration shows Soft Pink; use Ravie's actual swatches to choose your shade. It is a fingertip-friendly pressed pan, which makes more sense to me than buying a brush specifically for a topper. Ravie lists the formula as fragrance-free.
For a first topper, pick the shade that works with your usual eye makeup. Buying all three turns a $24 experiment into $72 before delivery.
mes° Good Roots Volume Mist: read the testing conditions

Jennifer Lawrence's mes° launched on 27 October with biotech company Arcaea, as Cosmetics Business reports. All three debut products below were listed for purchase on the brand's US store at check. They solve different problems; I wouldn't assume you need the full routine.
Good Roots Volume Mist costs $34 for 148 mL. It goes onto damp roots and strands after washing. The brand positions it as both a volumizer and a way to reduce scalp oiliness, naming ARC-5 technology and Mediterranean microalgae alongside styling polymers.
The footnotes matter. The claimed 2.5 times greater volume and 72-hour volume refer to heat styling versus air drying. The 75% reduction in scalp oiliness comes from a 14-day brand-reported clinical study of 38 women. Those aren't promises about what an air-dried style will do. The formula also lists fragrance. I'd consider this for flat roots when blow-drying is already part of your routine. Someone trying to avoid heat should start with our air-drying guide and assess the mist on that basis.
mes° Multitask Repair Mask: a treatment before washing
At $52 for 148 mL, the Multitask Repair Mask is the most expensive individual mes° launch. It is intended for dry hair before shampooing, with five minutes as a starting point, and can double as a glossy styling treatment. The ingredient list begins with glycerin, caprylic/capric triglyceride and coconut oil; squalane follows.
The brand's six-times-less-breakage claim compares repeated mask use before washing with a non-conditioning shampoo against repeated washing without the mask. That is a specific comparator, not proof it beats your conditioner or another repair treatment. I would buy for the format if applying a treatment before a shower fits your day, not for the biggest number on the page.
A wet-looking slick style isn't everyone's preferred finish. If your main problem is frizz during styling, the serum below addresses that use more directly.
mes° Off-Duty Restyling Serum: the most useful question is day two
The Off-Duty Restyling Serum is $44 for 50 mL. This two-phase formula needs shaking; mes° directs users to warm one or two drops between their palms and smooth them through the mid-lengths and ends, adding more if needed. The first listed ingredient is C15-19 alkane, and the brand calls its smoothing technology AirSilk C15-19.
I'd look at it for hair that needs tidying between washes, when you want to preserve an existing style. That use is more concrete than buying into a promise of effortless hair. You can also apply it before or after blow-drying, according to mes°.
The website's footnotes around its frizz percentages are inconsistent across the individual product and set pages, so I'm not using that number to rank it. Fragrance is listed.
Athena Club Bare Gold lotion: a $12 scent extension with a stock caveat

Bare Gold, developed with Paul Reacts, went on sale on 27 October, according to launch reporting tied to Athena's dated announcements. This is a new scent in its body-care range. It isn't evidence that the familiar lotion format has suddenly become more effective.
The official Bare Gold lotion page lists $12; its bottle confirms 16 fl oz / 473 mL. The brand's note list includes marshmallow, vanilla and sandalwood. Urea, glycerin and several ceramides appear in the INCI, but fragrance is fourth. I wouldn't choose it as a fragrance-free barrier-care substitute.
Availability needs care: the product page showed a sold-out/waitlist message while official store data marked the variant available. Check the exact Bare Gold option before ordering. You don't need the matching mist to try the scent.
BK Beauty Nikki La Rose travel brushes: useful shapes, substantial spend
The Nikki La Rose Travel Brush Set with Case launched on 29 October. BK's dated launch campaign, archived here, names that date; the official product record also became public on 29 October. The current price is $165, with no compare-at discount in the store data and an add-to-cart option at check.
You get six brushes, three for face and three for eyes, including two dual-sided brushes, plus a black faux-leather case. The case measures 8.25 by 4.75 by 2 inches. This is a new travel collection, not six new full-size brushes. Check the actual head shapes against what you use most often before judging the set by its brush count.
Two-ended brushes are less convenient if you normally stand brushes upright in a cup to dry or store them. For an occasional weekend away, packing your current favorites costs nothing.
Dove Original Fragrance: the launch to know, not chase

Dove's first fine fragrance went on sale on 27 October in a one-time US online drop. Unilever's announcement separates the 22 October waitlist opening from the buying date and confirms the $19.57 price. The official product listing identifies an eau de parfum, 50 mL / 1.7 fl oz; its current product data says unavailable.
The idea is the Original Beauty Bar's scent in a perfume, developed with Ann Gottlieb. That familiar reference is more useful than an invented list of notes. It doesn't tell us how long the fragrance will last on your skin, and I haven't smelled it.
The curved bottle has a gold bird cap. Dove said availability ends when stock sells out, so I wouldn't treat resale listings as an extension of the $19.57 offer. The ordinary Beauty Bar remains available.
Where I'd keep the bill down
For a useful purchase below $30, decide which gap you're filling. Depthi's cream costs $27 for daily skincare. Ravie's topper costs $24 for a change to makeup you already own. Bare Gold's $12 lotion is the lowest-priced option here, subject to resolving its stock status and liking fragranced body care. The eye patches cost less upfront than the cream but give you only three sessions.
I would avoid assembling an entire routine out of launch news. Pick one hair concern before choosing a mes° product, and count how many brushes you actually pack before spending $165. Readers who missed the previous cycle can find last week's launch report; those products belong to 16–22 October and aren't counted again here.
How we checked this edition
We researched first-sale dates for 23–29 October 2026 using the Europe/London calendar, then checked official product listings, ingredient lists and store data on 30 October. Prices are USD; UK prices and shipping availability weren't verified. Brand study results are attributed and aren't our testing. The product scenes are editorial illustrations based on official photographs, not swatches or evidence of results.
We searched makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, body care, nails and tools. No nail launch met our timing and product-verification checks for a feature. ALASTIN's new TriHex+ eye formula was announced this week, but the shopping page we could verify still described the older formula, so we omitted it. We also left out earlier releases and holiday repackaging rather than stretch this edition's dates.
